Rhianne manages the SA properties and housekeeping in Leicestershire working with landlords to grow their property portfolios as successful SA investments.
Rhianne has established good relations and works closely with sourcing the right properties for maximum return for her landlords and investors.
Realising the importance of housekeeping, the company has grown their own cleaning and laundry team and implemented systems ensuring SA is a smooth operation gaining top rated properties across all SA channels
Kishan Vara
Senior Consultant & Partner
Kishan began his career in Pest Control Management. Having his own rental properties he quickly saw the opportunities of investing in this area and has grown his wealth of knowledge by 20 years experience of renting and working along side other property owners and landlords.
The business has grown their Pest Control Team along with maintenance and other trades contacts enabling full property management for complete property refurbs.
Kishan sources deals that fit the demographics for making properties investable and closely works with his investors growing their portfolios and yield on their capital.
