The Boot Factory, Barwell

The boot factory is a quiet location in the village of Barwell.

Barwell has a host of local amenities with local supermarkets, pubs & cafes all within a minute or two walk from the apartments.

Just 4 miles away you have Mallory Park race Circuit and 3 miles away you have Stoney Cove diving school.

The boot factory is a building that contains 4 x 2 bedroom apartments. Each of the 4 apartments are available as a whole private space to you with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space, smart TV, 2 double bedrooms, en-suite to master bedroom and a main bathroom with good sized shower cubicle.

Island House, Barwell

Island House is a quiet location in the village of Barwell.

Barwell has a host of local amenities with local supermarkets, pubs & cafes all within a minute or two walk from the apartments.

Just 4 miles away you have Mallory Park race Circuit and 3 miles away you have Stoney Cove diving school.

Island House is a building that contains 3 x 2 bedroom apartments. Each of the 3 apartments are available as a whole private space to you with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space, smart TV, 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom and a main bathroom with good sized shower cubicle. There is life access to flat 11 situated on the 2nd floor, flats 1 & 3 are first floor apartments.

There is a no car park on site however as this is off the main centre of Barwell there is ample road side free parking by the property itself. We do have use of a private car park if preferable which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Glenfield, Leicester

This 5 bedroom house offers spacious living ideal for families and groups of contractors.

A fully equipped kitchen and dining area give you the freedom to make a meal and dine together.

In addition to this large kitchen/dining area there is also a separate games room with wifi speaker boom box, games, arcade console and a football table.

Here you have 3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite, and 2 further twin bedrooms (can also be made into king beds) Spacious with ample wardrobe storage. There are also a further 2 bathrooms.

Glenfield is located easterly of Leicester City and close to motorway links. Glenfield hospital is 1 mile away. Leicester city is a short 15 minute drive away and public transport is accessible with bus routes passing by the property regularly.
